Universal Airlines of Guyana was a relatively short lived carrier that wet-leased this Air Atlanta Icelandic 767-300 to fly from Georgetown Guyana to JFK and I think Toronto in 2004. The 767 is seen on taxiway Hotel on Terminal 4's ramp as it proceeds to gate B25
